  • Area: Total area of land approx 44 guntha’s.
  • In phase 1 we are currently developing 22 guntha land in which we have planned to build 3 towers.
  • Every wing will have 9 floors, including ground floor.
  • There will be only 2 flats on each floor and every wing does have separate entrance, staircase and lift as well.
  • We have designed 2BHK, 3 BHK and 4BHK flats by considering customers requirements and needs. Some of the layouts does have an open kitchen.
